Thermal scopes are used to detect heat signatures, making them useful for hunting, security, wildlife observation, and search and rescue. The right scope for you depends on how and where you plan to use it, so it's important to match the features to your intended application.
ResolutionResolution refers to the number of pixels in the thermal sensor, which determines how clear and detailed the image will be. Higher resolution means you can see finer details, which is important for identifying objects at a distance. Resolutions are often divided into low (around 160x120), medium (320x240), and high (640x480 or more). If you need to spot and identify targets at longer ranges or want a clearer image, go for higher resolution. For close-range use or basic detection, lower resolutions may be sufficient.
